Hi! My name is Elisa Rogers. I'm a NASM-certified personal trainer and certified nutrition coach. For the last two years, I've been helping clients get stronger, live healthier lifestyles, and adopt better habits to help them reach their fitness goals. I love lifting weights and last year, I participated in my first-ever bodybuilding show.
Outside of the gym, I love hiking, paddle boarding, and reading. I have a border collie Australian shepherd mix named Lucy that I love taking on outdoor adventures with me.
My personal fitness journey started with a diabetes diagnosis in 2017. I knew then that I could take as much control as possible by fixing my lifestyle or risk having even more health issues down the line. I chose the first option. Since then, I've dedicated my time to helping others better their lives through physical fitness and healthier eating habits.
What sets me apart from all the other nutrition and fitness coaches? I know what it's like to have a busy schedule. I also know what it's like to deal with a chronic health condition. I believe that the physical, mental/emotional, and spiritual all impact our health. And unlike other "fitfluencers," I'm not going to give you some cookie cutter plan that isn't going to work for you. I help real people get real results. I'll give you all the tools that you need to succeed, but I won't lie to you - it takes time, hard work, and discipline. Don't worry though - I'll be with you every step of the way to cheer you on and help you reach your goals.
