I'll take you through an onboarding call where I get to understand you and your goals. I want to know all about you - what you hope to achieve, your current lifestyle and eating habits, as well as your favorite activities. Then, the real fun begins. I'll send you a plan customized to YOU! Each week we'll do a check-in to see how you're progressing and what roadblocks you're dealing with.
Healthy weight loss is one to two pounds per week. It does take time to build and adjust to new habits. Good results take time and six weeks is a great amount of time to start seeing those results.
Absolutely not! You can work out at home, in a park, or wherever you're comfortable. There are lots of bodyweight exercises that you can start with.
Of course you can! Six weeks is where I start you off so that you start to see results. You can keep going as long as you like. This is all about helping YOU!
The best way to see results is to track your food intake. However, this process should be sustainable. I will ask you to sometimes track your food so that I know what your eating habits are and can help you. However, you won't have to track for more than a few days if you don't want to.
